Enjoy the charms, whimsy and grace of senior living at our Central Park apartments & Patio Homes, the newest addition to Beatitudes Campus.

The Continuing Care Program, only available as a part of the Promenade residency, includes the benefit of 90 days of skilled nursing care or 180 days of assisted living for each resident, if ever needed, at no additional cost.

Residency under the Continuing Care Program requires a monthly fee and a one-time entrance fee, which is 90% refundable.

Our new Central Park apartments and Patio Homes feature a variety of spacious floor plans, ranging from 700 to 1,700 square feet and include full size appliances plus a washing machine and dryer. Residents will enjoy the wide range of services and amenities plus weekly flat linen service and a reserved covered parking space.

The Courtyard Phase - Reservations are now being accepted for the second phase of Promenade residences with projected occupancy in 2012.
