The NEW All
Star Program
Our new program
recognizes CORE Value employees and is based on our
core values.
It is compassionate:
no more ballots – voting made it a popularity
contest.
It is accountable:
all nominees will be validated at the work level.
It is respectful:
all departments and employees are equally able to
win and more then one or two can win.
It is excellent:

More then one person can win – creating a “core
value culture”

The nomination form includes examples of core
value behavior

A Validity review is conducted by a supervisor
with a return envelope that states Y or N to
continue in the program – no more popularity
voting

The group of winners each month will be called
the All Star Team

At the end
of the year, all of the All Star Team members
will vote for the top 5 as Triple Crown
winners
