Rehabilitation and Sub-Acute Care
When recovering from a recent surgery or acute illness, short-term rehabilitation is often needed. As our full-time therapy team helps clients return to their prior level of functioning, our social service and case management teams coordinate insurance benefits, length of stay and the discharge process. Our Medicare approved facility contracts with several insurance plans and health maintenance organizations.
Skilled Nursing Care
Full-time skilled nursing is available to residents who require maximum assistance with activities of daily living. Our interdisciplinary team of caring nurses and other health care professionals are trained in meeting the specific needs of the elderly while caring for them with compassion and dignity.
Respite Care
Respite care is available up to 30 days for an individual who is usually cared for at home by a friend or family member. This allows the caregiver a well-deserved rest with a "peace of mind" that your loved one is cared for during his or her time here.
Alzheimer's and Dementia Care
To meet the special needs of Alzheimer's and dementia residents, the Campus created a unique unit called Vermilion Cliffs, where individuals can find a sense of belonging and comfort. This specialized environment includes common areas such as a parlor, an office, a kitchen and a sun porch. Our staff of specially trained nurses, activity and social service professionals carry out the "team approach" to care giving that includes family members and friends.
