First Wednesdays at Beatitudes Campus Series Continues: St. Joseph the Worker, Helping the Homeless
Beatitudes Campus continues its special topics educational series entitled First Wednesdays at Beatitudes Campus. The series will offer guests an opportunity to visit our community and hear about various topics including organic gardening, specialty cooking, health and wellness, arts and culture, nature, travel, healthcare and new technology. The campus has created the educational series to serve as a resource to the broader community.
We invite, Amy Caffarello from St. Joseph the Worker, for our next First Wednesdays event on February 1, 2012 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the Town Plaza Bistro at the Beatitudes Campus located at 1610 W. Glendale Ave., in Phoenix. Her presentation is entitled, Helping the Homeless, and she will provide an overview about the St. Joseph the Worker organization and share more about its mission is to assist homeless, low-income and other disadvantaged individuals in their efforts to become self-sufficient through permanent, full-time employment.
